Gaming Laws

Gaming Laws. Means any foreign, federal, state or local law and the rules and regulations thereunder and any similar laws and regulations governing any aspect of legalized gambling in any foreign, federal, state or local jurisdiction in which the Company or the Guarantor or any of their respective subsidiaries conducts business.

Gaming Laws. Means any U.S. Federal, state, local or foreign statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, permit, consent, approval, license, judgment, order, decree, injunction or other authorization governing or relating to the current or contemplated manufacturing, distribution, casino gambling and gaming activities and operations of the Company, including, without limitation, the gaming laws and regulations of the State of Nevada.

Gaming Laws. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement.

Gaming Laws. Has the meaning specified therefor in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Gaming Laws. Means all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations pursuant to which the Nevada Gaming Authorities possess regulatory, licensing or permit authority over the ownership or operation of gaming facilities within the State of Nevada, including, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in Chapter 463 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, as amended from time to time, and the regulations of the NGC promulgated thereunder.

Gaming Laws. Collectively, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in NRS Chapter 463, as amended from time to time, and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Authorities promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, the various Clark County ordinances and regulations applicable to gaming activities, and all other laws pursuant to which any Gaming Board holds regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gambling, gaming or casino activities conducted by any Grantor within its jurisdiction.

Gaming Laws. Means all laws, regulations, rules, ordinances or other pronouncements pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over casino, pari-mutuel, lottery or other gaming activities in any jurisdiction, including all rules and regulations established by any Gaming Authority

Gaming Laws. All Applicable Laws of all Gaming Authorities, as in effect from time to time, including the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by such Gaming Authorities

Gaming Laws. Those laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming within any jurisdiction and, within the State of Nevada, specifically, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in NRS Chapter 463, as amended from time to time, and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, and the Clark County Code, as amended from time to time.

Gaming Laws. Means all Laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gambling, gaming or casino activities conducted by Issuer and its Subsidiaries within its jurisdiction.
