Gas

Gas. Any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

Gas. Means any natural gas or natural gas-related product or service.

Gas. Shall mean any mixture of hydrocarbon and noncombustible gases in a gaseous form consisting primarily of methane and includes natural Gas produced from gas wells (gas well gas), Gas which immediately prior to being produced from a reservoir is in solution with crude oil or dispersed in an intimate association with crude oil or in contact with crude oil across a gas-oil contact (casinghead... gas), or residue gas resulting from the processing of either or both casinghead gas and gas well gas. Gas. Shall mean natural gas which is owned or controlled by Producer and produced from wells drilled on lands within the Contract Area, including casinghead gas produced with crude oil, gas from gas wells produced in association with crude oil (associated gas), and gas from condensate wells (non-associated gas), and shall include any inerts or impurities contained therein.

Gas. Or "Natural Gas" means any mixture of hydrocarbons or of hydrocarbons and non-combustible gases, in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane and meeting the quality specifications of Section 5.2.

Gas. Residue natural gas, and includes Plant Gas, Third Party Gas, and Replacement Gas, as applicable.

Gas. Any mixture of hydrocarbons and non-combustible gases as a gaseous state, and includes Plant Gas and Replacement Gas, as applicable.

Gas. All hydrocarbons produced from the Wells or otherwise, including casinghead Gas, together with all liquefiable hydrocarbon components thereof and all concomitant gaseous substances produced from the Wells or otherwise, including, but not limited to, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and contained helium, but excluding crude oil and condensate recovered by Shipper or Producer at the Wells before the Receipt Point by ordinary mechanical separation means.
