GATE Universal Approved School

GATE Universal Approved School. Shall mean any accredited degree-granting undergraduate or graduate institution of higher education in the United States with a FFELP 2-year default cohort of less than 12% in the most recent year in which these statistics are available through the Department of Education. The institutions listed on Exhibit A attached hereto have been previously approved by NCT and Marblehead and are hereby deemed acceptable by Program Lender as GATE Universal Approved Schools.
