GBG Shareholder

GBG Shareholder. Shall mean each of those holders of capital stock of the Company listed as a GBG Shareholder on Schedule A hereto, which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes Gordon Brothers Group, LLC ("Gordon Brothers") as a GBG Shareholder hereunder. GBG Shareholder shall also include any Permitted Transferee (as defined in Section 2 hereof) of a GBG Shareholder.
