GBM Catalog Assets

GBM Catalog Assets. Shall mean all of the assets and properties of GBM and the General Intangibles of Hanover Brands, in each case, that are primarily related to or primarily used in connection with or arise from the sale of merchandise or services through the "Gump's By Mail" mail order catalog business, including, without limitation, all Accounts, Inventory, Customer Lists and other General Intangibles so related, used or sold. 3
