GE Indebtedness

GE Indebtedness. Shall mean the "Obligations", as such term is defined under that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of February 10, 2012, by and among Company, General Electric Capital Corporation, in its capacity as agent thereunder, and certain financial institutions from time to time party thereto (as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated) (the "GE Loan Agreement").
