GECC Facility. The Loan Agreement, dated as of December 28, 2007, among Borrower, the guarantors party thereto, General Electric Capital Corporation as agent for the lenders party thereto, General Electric Capital Corporation as security trustee and General Electric Capital Corporation and Oxford Finance Corporation as lenders, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
