GEM Technology. Means all technology, including but not limited to, all information, inventions, processes, know-how, designs, algorithms, biological materials, and chemical materials, that is: (a) necessary to perform the GEM(TM) Services, or make or use GEM(TM) Arrays; and (b) owned or controlled by Incyte.
