Genentech License Rights

Genentech License Rights. All rights under Patents, Know-How and trademarks granted to Connetics by Genentech under the Genentech License, but only to the extent the Genentech License permits the practice of such rights for the uses set forth in Article 3 herein. "Genentech License Rights" shall not include any Third Party Product Rights.
