General Improvements. Means all material revisions, updates, upgrades and other modifications to the Software included in the L-VIS(TM) System from time to time, and the Equipment embodying same, that PVI generally makes available to all of its licensees without charge (other than reimbursement of PVI's reasonable expenses and/or charges for the Equipment).
