General Security Agreement

General Security Agreement. Means the general security agreement dated March 23rd, 2007 signed by the Company granting a security interest in favour of the holder of this Note in certain collateral of the Company as therein described.

General Security Agreement. That certain General Security Agreement of even date herewith, made by Borrower in favor of Lender granting Lender a security interest in all equipment, inventory, receivables, contract rights, general intangibles, trademark and trade names and other personal property, tangible and intangible, of Borrower, including all assets of the businesses known as "Wilhelm Mortuary", "Heritage Memorial Society" and "Oregon Cremation Company".

General Security Agreement. Executed by the Seller in favour of the Purchaser, notice of which has or will be registered under the provisions of the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario).
