General Terms Agreement

General Terms Agreement. The General Terms Agreement dated as of November 18, 2011 between the Engine Manufacturer and the Assignor, insofar as such General Terms Agreement relates to the Engines, as heretofore amended, modified or supplemented, but excluding all letter agreements thereto except Letter Agreement No. 2 to the extent specified paragraphs of Attachment A to Letter Agreement No. 2 form part of the Warranties.
