General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit "A" ("GT&C") have been approved and accepted by both Parties hereto and they are hereby made an integral part of this Agreement; provided, however, that if there should exist any conflict or discrepancy between anything contained in the main body of this Agreement and in the GT&C, then the provisions in the main body of this Agreement shall at all times and in all cases govern and control.
