GENSTAR PARTIES. Shall mean Genstar, Stargen and any Person to whom Genstar or Stargen transfers Securities and who is designated as such by the Board, provided that such Person becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of Genstar or Stargen, as the case may be.
