Global ESPP Account

Global ESPP Account. Means the brokerage account established for the purpose of holding the Shares purchased under the Global ESPP for the Participant with the transfer agent or any third-party broker/administrator hired by the Company to assist with the day-to-day operation and administration of the Global ESPP.
