Global Hyatt Agreement

Global Hyatt Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Global Hyatt Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2009, as amended from time to time, among adult beneficiaries of US situs trusts for the benefit of certain lineal descendants of Nicholas J. Pritzker, deceased, and the co-trustees of such US situs trusts, which US situs trusts are the direct and indirect owners of Common Stock.
