Global Note

Global Note. Shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Indenture.

Global Note. Means a single fully-registered global note in book-entry form, without coupons, substantially in the form of Exhibit A (with respect to the 2005 Notes) and Exhibit B (with respect to the 2009 Notes) attached hereto.

Global Note. Shall mean a Global Security representing the Notes.

Global Note. For the purposes of this Section 4, the term "Agent Member" means a member of, or participant in, a Depositary; the term "Depositary" means, with respect to Medium Term Notes issuable or issued in whole or in part in the form of one or more Global Notes, the Person designated as Depositary by the Company pursuant to Section 2 hereof, and if at any time there is more than one such Person, "Depositary" as used with respect to the Medium Term Notes shall mean the respective Depositary with respect... to the particular Medium Term Notes; and the term "Global Note" means a global certificate evidencing all or part of the Medium Term Notes issued to the Depositary and registered in the name of such Depositary or its nominee. Global Note. Shall mean a Depository Note representing the Notes.

Global Note. A global certificate evidencing all or part of the PINES issued to the Depositary and registered in the name of such Depositary or its nominee.

Global Note. The Additional 10 1/2% Notes shall initially be evidenced by a Global Note (the "Global Note") substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

Global Note. Shall mean a Global Security representing the Reset Notes or the Exchange Notes.

Global Note. As defined in the Indenture.
