Global Program

Global Program. Shall mean the component of the Plan intended to provide Employees of the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries who are not subject to United States income tax the opportunity to purchase Common Stock through accumulated payroll deductions or other approved contributions. This component of the Plan is not intended to qualify for special tax treatment under Code Section 423.
