Global Subsidiaries Stock. All of Global's right, title and interest in and to any and all of its subsidiaries; the Global Subsidiaries Stock shall include any additional shares of any class or series of capital stock of any subsidiary of Global hereafter acquired by Global from time to time and at any time and all dividends, cash, instruments and other property or proceeds, from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of or in exchange for any or all the Global Subsidiaries Stock.
