GM Program Documents. Collectively, (A) the Supplier Purchase Agreements dated by and among each of Parent, Acoustical, and/or TAS, as suppliers, GM Purchaser, as purchaser, and Citibank, N.A., and (B) all agreements, documents or instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Borrower or Guarantor with, to or in favor of GM Purchaser in connection therewith or related thereto, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, executed, renewed, restated or replaced.
