Good Leaver

Good Leaver. A Participant whose Termination Date occurs due to (i) death; (ii) disability; (iii) the Employer Company's termination of the Participant's employment without Cause (with Cause being determined by the Committee in its sole discretion consistent with Section 2(f)), including due to a redundancy; or (iv) the Participant's retirement.
