Example Definitions of "Goods"
Goods. All "goods" as defined in the UCC (except Inventory and Equipment), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, wherever located, including embedded software to the extent included in "goods" as defined in the UCC (except Inventory and Equipment), manufactured homes, standing timber that is cut and removed for sale and unborn young of animals
Goods. Shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the UCC.
Goods. Shall be used herein as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code, but in any event shall include, but not be limited to, all computer programs imbedded in goods and any supporting information provided in connection with the transaction relating to the program and all other things that are movable.
Goods. Shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 of the UCC.

The following terms which are defined in Article 9 are used herein as so defined: Accessions, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Payment Intangibles, Proceeds, Promissory Notes, Software and Supporting Obligations.
Goods. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.
Goods. All "goods" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC and shall include, without limitation, all Inventory, Equipment and Documents Evidencing Goods.

Goods. All of Borrower's present and hereafter acquired goods, as defined in the Code, wherever located, including imbedded software to the extent included in goods as defined in the Code, manufactured homes, and standing timber that is cut and removed for sale
Goods. Means any good that is identified in Schedule 1, as it may be revised pursuant to Section 4.4 from time to time.
