Gordian Documentation. Means all drawings, specifications, --------------------- technical memoranda, photographs and other documents and other tangible things that contain, explain, modify or supplement any Gordian Know-How or Gordian IP and any special purpose software owned by Gordian as they have been used to develop, or has been incorporated into, Existing Products. To the extent any special purpose software, hardware or equipment licensed or obtained from third parties ("Special Tool") was used... in developing, or has been incorporated into, the Existing Products, the Gordian Documentation shall provide a description thereof and contact information for the third parties from which such special purpose software, hardware or equipment was licensed or obtained; and Gordian shall assist Lantronix in securing any information, rights or assistance in connection therewith.
