Government Entity

Government Entity. The United States or any federal, state or local court, administrative or regulatory body or other governmental or quasi-governmental entity with competent jurisdiction.

Government Entity. Any federal, national, supranational, state, provincial, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, local or foreign or similar government, governmental subdivision, regulatory or administrative body or other governmental or quasi-governmental agency, tribunal, commission, court, judicial or arbitral body or other entity with competent jurisdiction, including any Government Antitrust Entity.
