Government User

Government User. Means, with respect to distribution of the Licensed Software, the market segment of any unit, agency, department, political subdivision, authority or instrumentality of a local, state or federal government in the U.S. or a foreign country or territory. This definition applies to contractors conducting work for the internal use of the foregoing entities.
