Governmental Action

Governmental Action. Shall mean all permits, authorizations, registrations, consents, approvals, waivers, exceptions, variances, orders, judgments, decrees, licenses, exemptions, publications, filings, notices to and declarations of or with, or required by, any Governmental Authority, or required by any Applicable Laws, and shall include, without limitation, all citings, environmental and operating permits and licenses that are required for the use, occupancy, zoning and operation of the Facility.

Governmental Action. Shall mean any and all approvals, authorizations or other actions of DOT, FAA or any other applicable federal, state, local or foreign governmental authority, if any, necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Governmental Action. Shall mean all authorizations, consents, approvals, waivers, filings and declarations of any Governmental Authority, including, without limitation, those environmental and operating permits required for the ownership, lease, use and operation of the Equipment.
