Governmental Agency

Governmental Agency. Individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over Company.

Governmental Agency. Individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency with jurisdiction over Issuer or the Bank

Governmental Agency. Individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency with jurisdiction over Borrower or Bank, as applicable

Governmental Agency. Any court or governmental agency or body or any arbitrator of any kind having jurisdiction over Parent or any of its subsidiaries or any of their properties

Governmental Agency. Means, individually or collectively, any arbitrator, court, federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or administrative agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over the Company or a Subsidiary or any of their respective properties, assets or operations.

Governmental Agency. 'Governmental Agency(ies)' means, individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency including, without limitation, the FRB, the FDIC and any state banking regulatory authority.

Governmental Agency. Means any multinational, federal, state or local government agency or authority in the Territory that has jurisdiction over the manufacture, testing, distribution, sale or use of Product where RCC has authorized reference to its Drug Master File for Product.

Governmental Agency. Means the government of any federal, state, municipal or other political subdivision, including all agencies and instrumentalities of such governments.

Any: (x) multinational, United States, non-United States, federal, state, regional, municipal, local or other government, governmental or public department, central bank, court, tribunal, arbitral body, commission, board, bureau or agency, domestic or foreign; (y) subdivision, agent, commission, board or authority of any of the foregoing; or (z) quasi-governmental or private body exercising any regulatory, expropriation or taxing authority under or for the account of any of the foregoing
