Governmental Approvals

Governmental Approvals. Means all approvals, consents, authorizations, and similar actions from all Governmental Authorities that are required in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereunder or under any of the Related Agreements. -2-

Governmental Approvals. Means all licenses, permits, authorizations and governmental approvals, issued in final, unappealable, and unconditional form, that are required under all applicable federal, state, county and municipal laws, regulations or governmental or quasi-governmental requirements: (i) to permit the construction and operation of the Projects or to construct any repairs, replacements or additions thereto, and (ii) to approve the transactions contemplated by this Lease.

Governmental Approvals. Means any notices, reports or other filings to be made, or any consents, registrations, approvals, permits or authorizations to be obtained from, any Governmental Authority.

Governmental Approvals. Shall mean any authorization, approval, consent, license, registration, lease, ruling, permit, tariff, certification, exemption, filing or registration by or with any Governmental Authority.

Governmental Approvals. Shall mean any action, order, authorization, consent, approval, license, lease, waiver, franchise, concession, agreement, license, ruling, permit, tariff, rate, certification, exemption of, filing or registration by or with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority.

Governmental Approvals. All consents, licenses and permits and all other authorizations or approvals relating to the use and operation of the Project.

Governmental Approvals. Means all authorizations, consents, orders, approvals, filings and declarations, and all expirations of waiting periods required from, any Governmental Authority required for the consummation of the Transactions shall have been filed, occurred or been obtained, including under the HSR Act.

Governmental Approvals. Any and all approvals required from a Governmental Authority in accordance with any Applicable Law

Governmental Approvals. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Governmental Approvals. As defined in the form of Standard Lease attached hereto as Exhibit A.
