Governmental Authorities

Governmental Authorities. Means all agencies, authorities, bodies, boards, commissions, courts, instrumentalities, legislatures and offices of any nature whatsoever of any government, quasi-governmental unit or political subdivision, whether foreign, federal, state, county, district, municipality, city or otherwise (each, a "Governmental Authority").

Governmental Authorities. Shall mean all agencies, bureaus, departments and officials of federal, state, county, municipal and local governments and public authorities having jurisdiction over the Property or any part thereof.

Governmental Authorities. Means all municipal, county, state and federal authorities having jurisdiction over the Demised Premises and, the improvements located thereon, and the appropriate departments, commissions, boards and officers thereof.

Governmental Authorities. Shall mean all federal, state and local boards, commissions, agencies and regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the Property.

Governmental Authorities. Means any applicable local, municipal, county, state, or federal agency, board, commission, council, department, committee, or similar governmental arm having jurisdiction over the Property, Borrower, or Borrower's activities.
