Governmental Authority or Governmental Authorities

Governmental Authority or Governmental Authorities. Shall mean any federal, state, county or municipal governmental agency, board, commission,officer, official or entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government and having jurisdiction over Borrower, the Guarantor (as hereinafter defined) or the Collateral.
