Governmental Authority

Governmental Authority. Means any federal, state, national, supranational, local, or other government, whether domestic or foreign, including any subdivision, department, agency, instrumentality, authority (including any regulatory authority), commission, board, or bureau thereof, or any court, tribunal, or arbitrator

Governmental Authority. Any foreign, federal, state or local government, or any political subdivision thereof, or any court, agency or other body, organization, group, stock market or exchange exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, quasi-judicial, regulatory or administrative function of government.
