Governmental Authorityies. The term "Governmental Authority" or "Governmental Authorities" shall mean any federal, state, county, municipal or other governmental department, entity, authority, commission, board, bureau, court, agency, or other instrumentality of any of them, having jurisdiction over the Property, or any portion thereof.
