Governmental Authorizations

Governmental Authorizations. Means the permits, authorizations, consents or approvals of any Governmental Entity which are a condition to the lawful consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby listed on Schedule 1.1(g) to this Agreement.

Governmental Authorizations. Means any: (a) permit, license, certificate, franchise, concession, approval, consent, ratification, permission, clearance, confirmation, endorsement, waiver, certification, designation, rating, registration, qualification or authorization issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Body or pursuant to any Law; or (b) right under any contract with any Governmental Body.

Governmental Authorizations. Collectively, all franchises and other authorizations, agreements, licenses and permits for and with respect to the construction and operation of any of the Systems obtained from any governmental authority, including any agency, board, bureau, court commission, department or administration of the United States government, any state government or any local governmental body.

Governmental Authorizations. Means, collectively, all Franchises and other authorizations, agreements, Licenses and permits for and with respect to the construction and operation of the System obtained from any Governmental Authority.

Governmental Authorizations. Means any approval, permit, license, certificate, franchise, permission, clearance, registration, qualification or other authorization issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Law.
