Governmental Rule. Any law, statute, rule, regulation, permit, license, treaty, ordinance, order, writ, injunction, decree, judgment, guideline, award, standard, directive or decision of any governmental authority, whether in existence on the date hereof or whether issued, enacted or adopted after the date hereof, and any change therein or in the interpretation or application thereof following the date hereof
