Grandfathered Benefit. With respect to a Grandfathered Participant, the portion of such Participant's benefit under this Plan that is compensation deferred before January 1, 2005 (within the meaning of Code section 409A and Treas. Reg. section 1.409A-6(a)(3)(i)), as increased for any subsequent taxable year of such Participant to the extent permitted by Treas. Reg. section 1.409A-6(a)(3)(i) and Treas.
