Grant Date

Grant Date. Means January 1, 2008, which is the date on which the Award is granted to the Participant. 2

Grant Date. Shall be the date on which the Administrator both (1) designates the Grantee, and (2) specifies the terms and conditions of the Restricted Stock Units, including the number of Shares to be issued at a future date, the conditions for the vesting of the Restricted Stock Units, the conditions for the issuance of the Shares underlying the Restricted Stock Units by the Company, if any, and the conditions for the transferability of the Shares once issued, if any. Grant Date. Shall be the date on which the Administrator both: (i) designates the Optionee; and (ii) specifies the terms and conditions of the Option, including the number of Shares and the method for determining the exercise price.

Grant Date. Shall mean the date specified on Schedule A hereto under the heading "Grant Date", which is the date on which the Options are granted to the Grantee.

Grant Date. Means the date the Plan Administrator adopted the granting resolution and all conditions precedent to the grant have been satisfied; provided that conditions to the exercisability or vesting of Awards shall not defer the Grant Date. If, however, the Plan Administrator designates in a resolution a later date as the date an Award is to be granted, then such later date shall be the "Grant Date."

Grant Date. Shall mean the date occurring five (5) business days following the Restatement Date (or, if the grant of an Option would not be permissible under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any other applicable law, rule or regulation, the first business day thereafter on which the grant of an Option could be granted in compliance with such laws, regulations and rules).
