Grant Document

Grant Document. Means the written agreement, notice of grant or other documentation governing the grant of a Stock Appreciation Right under the SAR Plan, in a form approved by the Committee, which shall contain terms and conditions not inconsistent with the SAR Plan and which shall incorporate the SAR Plan by reference.
