Grant Shares

Grant Shares. The shares of common stock of GPI, $.01 par value, which, for accounting purposes only, were credited to a Participant's Grant Account. At no time were Grant Shares considered as actual shares of common stock of GPI and a Participant had no rights as a stockholder of GPI with respect to the Grant Shares.
