Grantee

Grantee. The person to whom the Restricted Shares are granted as specified in the Notice of Grant

Grantee. A Key Employee to whom an Award has been granted under the Plan

Grantee. An individual who has been selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and to receive a RSU grant pursuant to Section 2.

Grantee. An Eligible Director who is granted an Award

Grantee. Means a person who, as an employee or independent contractor of the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate, has been granted an Award under the Plan, or if applicable, such other person who holds an outstanding Award under the Plan.

Grantee. The holder of an Award.

Grantee. A person who, as an employee or independent contractor of or non-employee director with respect to the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, has been granted an Award under the Plan. The term Grantee also includes an entity that receives an award, as described in Section 4(c), in lieu of the Award being granted to a non-employee director who was appointed to the Board by the Award recipient

Grantee. An Employee, Director or Consultant who has been granted a Common Stock Option under the Plan

Grantee. An Employee, Director or Consultant who has been granted a Unit Option under the Plan

Grantee. Means an Employee who receives an Option under the Plan.
