Grantee

Grantee. Shall mean a person to whom a Stock Award has been granted under the Plan.

Grantee. Means an Eligible Participant who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Grantee. Shall mean a Director who has received a Grant pursuant to Section 4(b) hereof. 2

Grantee. Means a key employee or Non-Employee Director granted Restricted Stock.

Grantee. Shall mean an Employee who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Grantee. Shall mean the employee whose name appears on the signature page hereof.

Grantee. Means the holder of an outstanding Award granted under the Plan.

Grantee. An eligible person who shall have received a grant of restricted shares under the plan.

Grantee. Means a person who, as an employee or independent contractor of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, has been granted an Award under the Plan. 2 (s) "ISO" means any Option intended to be and designated as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Grantee. Means an employee, Director or consultant granted Restricted Stock, Phantom Shares or Dividend Equivalent Rights or such other equity-based Awards (other than an Option) as may be granted pursuant to Section 9 hereunder.
