Gross Margin

Gross Margin. Means ***. Gross Margin will be expressed as a percentage. A sample calculation of Gross Profit, Revenue, Cost of Services and Gross Margin is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Gross Margin. Shall mean Net Sales of Products outside the U.S., less: (i) Cost of Product Sold (OUS) and (ii) Product Sample Costs for Product Samples supplied for distribution outside the U.S. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of calculating Gross Margin (OUS), in no event shall Product Sample Costs for Product Samples distributed outside the U.S. exceed commercially reasonable sample quantities.

Gross Margin. Means Net Selling Price less Cost of Manufacturing.

Gross Margin. Shall mean the difference between Revenue minus (i) the deltathree Costs and (ii) the ACN Europe Costs.

Gross Margin. As to any Performance Period Gross Profit of the Company or any business unit divided by gross revenue of the Company or such business unit, in each case determined in accordance with GAAP

Gross Margin. The Company's net revenue less its cost of goods sold

Gross Margin. Shall mean Net Sales minus cost of goods sold ("COGS").

Gross Margin. Means as to any Performance Period, the Company's Revenues less the related cost of Revenues expressed in dollars or as a percentage of Revenues.
