Gross Sales Price
Gross Sales Price. F.O.B. the Warehouse, product price collected, including any handling or other add-on charges. With respect to Out of Contract Sales, Gross Sales Price shall mean the greater of the proceeds of product sales for that portion of the produce the subject of Out of Contract Sales (i) received by RPC plus the amount of any sales commissions paid to any person or entity other than Distributor; or (ii) received by RPC's sales representative other than Distributor.
