Example Definitions of "Gross Sales"
Gross Sales. Shall mean the gross invoice price of Products sold by Sublicensee to Customers during the relevant fiscal period.

Gross Sales. The aggregate compensation the LICENSEE, or its subsidiaries, receives for goods sold under the Patent Rights without a reduction for taxes, transportation, returns, depreciation or other expenses
Gross Sales. The Gross Sales shall mean the aggregate compensation the LICENSEE, or its subsidiaries, or mutually agreed joint ventures, receives for goods sold under the Patent Rights without a reduction for taxes, transportation, returns, depreciation or other expenses expenses.

Gross Sales. Means the gross amounts of payments actually received by Licensee for all Licensed Products sold directly or indirectly by Licensee or its Affiliates to Third Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Gross Sales shall include the amount of any Minimum Fee (as defined in the Distribution Agreement) paid to Licensee under the Distribution Agreement.
Gross Sales. Shall mean the amount invoiced by BMPI or any agent, affiliate, or distributor to any end user of Commercial Product in the United States, not to include any shipping costs or taxes; plus the gross revenues recognized by BMPI using generally accepted accounting principals (consistently applied) for sales of Commercial Product outside the United States.
Gross Sales. Shall mean gross amounts invoiced in respect of Goods, less any discounts, commissions, credits for rejections and returns, taxes, and delivery charges.

Gross Sales. Shall mean the cash amount actually collected on sales of Licensed Products, including but not limited to carbon black, whether activated or not, oil, gas, liquid hydrocarbons, and all other hydrocarbon products, steel, power, and energy. Gross Sales. Shall mean the gross invoiced sales price received by DUSA or its Affiliates and sublicensees, if any, with respect to the sale of the DUSA Product for the Territory, it being agreed by the Parties that only a customary number of samples of the DUSA Product shall be provided to the market for promotional purposes, as determined by DUSA in its reasonable sole discretion.
