Gross Share Reserve

Gross Share Reserve. Shall mean the 10,000,000 Shares originally approved by the Company's stockholders on the Effective Date, plus, the 8,000,000 Shares approved by the Company's stockholders on May 27, 2021, plus the 7,500,000 newly authorized Shares approved by the Company's stockholders on the Restatement Effective Date.
