Group 1

Group 1. Group 1 shall be comprised of Australia and New Zealand. It is understood that the decision to file applications for Market Authorization and Reimbursement in New Zealand will be considered in light of estimated commercial returns and the changing regulatory environment between Australia and New Zealand. OA will endeavor to achieve named-patient sales in New Zealand until such a time as the Parties mutually agree on a regulatory and commercial strategy for that Country.
