Group One Participant

Group One Participant. A Participant whose role as of his or her Termination Date is in "Level 15", Level "16" or "Level 17", or any comparable role or position (including any similar role or position if an Employer does not use the foregoing designations), all as determined by the Plan Administrator, in its sole discretion.
