Group Two Participant

Group Two Participant. A Participant whose role as of his or her Termination Date is in "Level 18" or above, other than the Chief Executive Officer, or any comparable role or position (including any similar role or position if an Employer does not use the foregoing designations), all as determined by the Plan Administrator, in its sole discretion.
