Group

Group. Persons acting together for the purpose of acquiring Olin stock and includes owners of a corporation that enters into a merger, consolidation, purchase or acquisition of stock, or similar business transaction with Olin. If a person owns stock in both Olin and another corporation that enter into a merger, consolidation purchase or acquisition of stock, or similar transaction, such person is considered to be part of a Group only with respect to ownership prior to the merger or other transaction... giving rise to the change and not with respect to the ownership interest in the other corporation. Group. The Company and its Subsidiaries and 'Member of the Group' shall be construed accordingly

Group. Means, after completion of the Braveheart Acquisition, the group of companies comprising Evercore Partners Inc. and its Affiliates (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Company and its Affiliates);
