Growth Unit

Growth Unit. A bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to up to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 23. For avoidance of doubt, Growth Units may be convertible to Shares on a fractional basis. Each Growth Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
