GS Allocation Agreement

GS Allocation Agreement. Collectively, that certain New Markets Tax Credit Program Allocation Agreement (Control Number: 11NMA000938), with a Notice of Allocation date of February 23, 2012, by and among the GS Allocatee, the GS Sub-CDE, other Subsidiary Allocatees of the GS Allocatee, and the CDFI Fund, governing the Allocation and Sub-Allocation, as such agreement may be further amended from time to time.
